### 1. Discovery (Day 0)
A 15-minute call to scope the goal, confirm fit, and lock the timeline. No hard sell.

### 2. Strategy & Wireframe (Days 1–3)
Page architecture, conversion path, copy direction, and a clickable wireframe for sign-off.

### 3. Design & Build (Days 3–10)
High-fidelity design and engineering in parallel. Daily Loom updates. One staging URL to review.

### 4. Review & Revise (Days 10–12)
Two structured revision rounds. Speed and accessibility audit. Final QA pass.

### 5. Launch (Days 12–14)
DNS, analytics, search console, schema, llms.txt, and AI-bot allowlist all configured. Live site handover plus a recorded walkthrough.

### 6. Iterate (Ongoing, Optional)
Maintenance, conversion experiments, ad campaigns, automation expansions.
